6.1 How to Place an Order

- Choose delivery method (home delivery or self-pickup)
- Review your Order Summary including total price

Your order is placed when payment is successfully processed. You will receive an Order Confirmation notification with a unique Order ID (e.g., #166). This is not yet acceptance by a vendor.
6.3 Vendor Acceptance
Your order enters Pending status after payment. A nearby vendor is automatically notified. The order is accepted when a vendor confirms it via the PrintRocket platform. You will receive a notification when your order moves from Pending to Accepted.
If no vendor is available to accept your order within a reasonable time, PrintRocket will notify you and issue a full refund.
6.4 Order Modification
Orders cannot be modified after vendor acceptance, as the vendor may have already begun preparing your materials. If you need to make changes:
- Before vendor acceptance: Cancel your order and place a new one
- After vendor acceptance: Contact us at support@printrocket.in — modifications at this stage are not guaranteed
6.5 Automatic Page Detection
Our system attempts to automatically detect the number of pages in your uploaded document. This count is used to calculate your order price. You are responsible for verifying that the page count displayed is correct before confirming your order. PrintRocket is not liable for pricing discrepancies arising from incorrect page counts in your uploaded file.
7. Pricing and Payments

PrintRocket charges a platform convenience fee per transaction. This fee is displayed separately in your Order Summary before payment and is non-refundable once an order is placed, regardless of order outcome.
7.3 Delivery Charges
Home delivery orders incur a delivery charge calculated based on vendor distance, order size, and local logistics costs. Delivery charges are displayed clearly in your Order Summary before payment. Self-pickup is always free of delivery charges.

By completing payment, you authorise PrintRocket to charge the total Order Value to your chosen payment method.

12. Our Role as Intermediary
Important: PrintRocket is a technology intermediary platform. We connect users with independent local print vendors. We do not own or operate any printing facility ourselves.
PrintRocket facilitates the transaction between you and the vendor. Individual print vendors are independent third parties — they are not employees, agents, or franchisees of PrintRocket India Private Limited.
As an intermediary, PrintRocket:
- Verifies vendors before onboarding them to the platform
- Sets quality standards that vendors must meet
- Mediates disputes between users and vendors
- Handles payments on behalf of vendors
- Arranges logistics and delivery
- Maintains customer support
However, PrintRocket is not responsible for:
- The physical act of printing, which is carried out by the independent vendor
- Equipment failures or supply shortages at the vendor's premises
- Print quality issues arising from limitations of the vendor's equipment
- Vendor conduct that falls outside PrintRocket's control
PrintRocket is an intermediary within the meaning of Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
13. Quality and Complaints
13.1 Our Quality Commitment
We commit to:
- Onboarding and retaining only vendors who meet PrintRocket's quality standards
- Providing a mechanism to review and rate vendors after each order
- Investigating quality complaints and taking action against vendors who consistently fail to meet standards
13.2 Raising a Quality Complaint
If your order does not meet reasonable quality standards (e.g., smudged print, wrong paper used, missing pages), contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup with:
- Your Order ID
- Clear photographs showing the quality issue
- A description of the problem
We will review your complaint and offer a resolution — which may include a reprint, a partial refund, or a full refund — at our discretion, based on the evidence provided.
We cannot accept quality complaints raised more than 24 hours after delivery or pickup.
14. Intellectual Property
14.1 PrintRocket's Intellectual Property
The PrintRocket name, logo, brand design, app interface, website design, software, algorithms, platform technology, and all content created by PrintRocket (collectively, "PrintRocket IP") are owned by PrintRocket India Private Limited or its licensors and are protected under Indian intellectual property law, including:
