- Do not solicit Customers for business outside the PrintRocket Platform
4.5 Staff

- You remain responsible for your staff's conduct in relation to Customer Orders and data
5. Order Acceptance and Fulfilment
5.1 Accepting an Order
When you receive an Order notification via the Vendor App, you may accept or decline. Accepting an Order creates a binding commitment to fulfil that Order to the specifications and timeline shown in the app.
5.2 Fulfilment Specifications
Every Order includes:
- File(s) to be printed
- Service type (B&W, colour, certificate, poster, etc.)
- Paper size and GSM
- Number of pages and copies
- Sides (single/double)
- Binding requirements (if any)
- Lamination requirements (if any)
- Delivery method (self-pickup or home delivery)
- Required ready time (ASAP or scheduled slot)
You are responsible for reviewing the Order specifications before accepting. Do not accept an Order you cannot fulfil to the stated specifications.
5.3 Order Completion
- For self-pickup orders: Mark the order "Ready" in the Vendor App when the printed materials are complete and available for collection
- For home delivery orders: Hand the completed materials to the PrintRocket delivery partner, confirmed in the Vendor App
- For PrintRocket Direct (rider you arrange): Mark delivered in app and retain proof of handover
5.4 Order Cancellation by Partner
If you have accepted an Order but subsequently find you cannot fulfil it (equipment failure, material shortage, etc.):
- Notify PrintRocket immediately through the Vendor App
- PrintRocket will reassign the Order to another available vendor
- Repeated Order cancellations after acceptance will affect your performance score and may result in suspension
6. Quality Standards
6.1 Minimum Quality Requirements
All printed materials must:
- Be legible and clearly printed with no significant smudging, streaking, or banding
- Use the correct paper type and GSM as specified in the Order
- Be printed to the correct dimensions and page count
- Be free of blank pages, missed pages, or duplicate pages (unless in the uploaded file)
- Be neatly bound (for binding orders) without loose pages or misaligned covers
- Be handled with care — no fingerprints, creases, folding, or water damage
6.2 Colour Printing Standards
For colour prints:
- Colours should be faithful to the uploaded file, recognising that screen-to-print colour variation is normal
- Colour saturation should be adequate for presentations and projects
- Photos printed on photo-quality settings should not have visible banding
6.3 Quality Disputes
When a Customer raises a quality complaint about your Order:
- PrintRocket will share the Customer's complaint and photographs with you
- You will have 24 hours to respond with your view
- PrintRocket will make the final decision on whether a reprint or refund is warranted
- If a reprint is ordered, you must complete it at no additional cost to PrintRocket or the Customer
- Repeated quality complaints will affect your partner performance score
6.4 Performance Scoring
PrintRocket maintains a performance score for each Vendor Partner based on:
- Order acceptance rate
- Cancellation rate after acceptance
- Average Customer rating (out of 5 stars)
- Quality complaint rate
- On-time fulfilment rate
Partners with consistently low performance scores may be suspended or removed from the Platform.
7. Pricing and Payments to Partners
7.1 Pricing
PrintRocket sets the prices shown to Customers on the Platform. Partner payouts are based on agreed base rates per service type, less PrintRocket's commission.
Current indicative base rates (subject to change with notice):

|---|---|---|
| B&W Printout | ₹1/page | ₹0.75/page |
| Colour Printout | ₹4/page | ₹3.00/page |
| Certificate Print | ₹8/page | ₹6.00/page |
| Spiral Binding | ₹30/book | ₹22.00/book |
| Visiting Cards (100) | ₹200 | ₹150.00 |

- Payments are made by NEFT/IMPS to your registered bank account
- A settlement statement is provided via the Vendor App and email
7.3 Tax Deduction at Source (TDS)
PrintRocket will deduct TDS from Partner payments as applicable under the Income Tax Act, 1961 (currently Section 194C for work contracts). TDS certificates (Form 16A) will be issued quarterly.
7.4 GST
- Partners with a valid GST registration must issue a GST invoice to PrintRocket for each settlement period
- Partners not registered for GST will receive payment under reverse charge mechanism where applicable
- PrintRocket is not responsible for the Partner's GST compliance obligations
7.5 Payment Disputes
Raise payment disputes within 7 days of receiving your settlement statement by emailing vendor@printrocket.in with your Partner ID and details. PrintRocket will investigate and respond within 14 business days.
8. Commission Structure
PrintRocket charges a commission on each Order fulfilled through the Platform. The commission:
- Covers the cost of operating the platform, customer acquisition, payment processing, and support
- Is deducted from the Order Value before Partner earnings are calculated
- Is communicated in your individual Partner Agreement addendum
- May be revised with 30 days' written notice
Partners may not add their own charges on top of the prices shown to Customers on the PrintRocket Platform.

- Attempting to manipulate ratings (e.g., asking Customers to submit false positive reviews, or submitting false negative reviews of competitor vendors) is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate removal

Upon removal, all pending settlements will be paid out after deduction of any outstanding liabilities or refunds caused by your conduct.

You are liable for:
- Losses arising from your quality failures (reprints, refunds) that PrintRocket incurs and can attribute to your error
- Losses arising from your breach of Customer data obligations
